"The factory officially began production on February 8 this year and has now completed its entire production line. The process involves advanced deep-processing steps—from Raymond mills to air-flow systems, transforming coarse powder into fine powder—followed by automated delivery to the granulation line." According to Long Shenglu, Chairman of Guangxi Huamei Chuangyuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., the granulation line boasts a high degree of automation. "Our key highlight is the automated packaging system, which not only saves energy and reduces consumption but also ensures safety and environmental protection, significantly improving workplace conditions in terms of occupational health and safety."

The company’s successful operation has not only provided local villagers with job opportunities right at their doorsteps but has also paved the way for them to increase their income and achieve prosperity. "Working at the factory ensures a stable income," says employee Deng Miaozhen. "I joined in August 2024, and during my three-month internship, I earned over 3,000 yuan each month. After completing the internship, I was offered the ‘five social insurances and one housing fund,’ and now, after officially becoming a full-time employee, my monthly salary exceeds 4,000 yuan. I’m truly satisfied with this opportunity."

Currently, the company operates two talc powder production lines and two talc masterbatch production lines, collectively producing up to 50,000 tons of talc powder and talc masterbatches annually. Its products span a wide range of specifications—from 325 mesh to 3000 mesh—and are widely used in industries such as plastics, coatings, and papermaking.
