Hold a Party Day event celebrating the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party

To celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, fully implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, and further deepen and strengthen party member education, the Party committees of Sanmen Talc Mine and Huamei Talc Company organized a themed Party Day activity from July 3 to 10. The event took place in Chongqing, Guang'an in Sichuan, and other key locations, bringing together all party members. Led by Party Secretary Fang Rongxing, the initiative was attended by 107 participants, including full party members, probationary party members, and aspiring入党 members.

The event began with a solemn ceremony honoring the revolutionary martyrs. The atmosphere at Gele Mountain Martyrs' Cemetery Square was deeply respectful and reverent, as Party members stood in neat formation before the graves of the fallen heroes, paying heartfelt tribute to their enduring legacy of sacrifice. With profound reverence, they bowed silently in remembrance, reaffirming their oath to join the Communist Party. Following this moving moment, participants visited the historic sites of Baigongguan Prison and Zizidong Detention Center—once grim detention facilities that now stand as poignant witnesses to history, bearing witness to the courageous deeds of the revolutionary pioneers who fearlessly fought for their ideals and beliefs, ultimately sacrificing their lives to safeguard the future of the Party and the nation.

At the Hongyan Revolutionary Memorial Hall and the Gele Mountain Revolutionary Memorial Hall, Party members listened attentively to the explanations, examined historical materials, and reflected on those turbulent yet inspiring years of revolutionary struggle. The courageous spirit of the martyrs who fearlessly fought for their ideals continues to inspire us. In this new era, we must vigorously carry forward the Hongyan Spirit, uphold our red heritage, embrace the spirit of struggle, strengthen our ability to fight, and overcome all risks and challenges on our journey ahead.

Standing with deep reverence at the Deng Xiaoping Statue Plaza, all Party members presented a floral basket and respectfully bowed before Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s seated statue. They then solemnly faced the vibrant red Party flag, renewing their oath of joining the Party—reaffirming their ideals and beliefs, strengthening their unwavering confidence in victory, and committing to continuously enhancing their political judgment, political insight, and political execution. This ensures they strictly adhere to rules and discipline, work with peace of mind, boldly take initiative, strive relentlessly for progress, and actively contribute to driving the high-quality development of Sanmen Talc Mine and Huamei Talc Company—while tirelessly working toward the goal of continually meeting the people’s ever-growing aspirations for a better life.
